At Espesyal Na Ngiti , we convert regular photos to more chic and glamorous ones. We do regular photo improvement: color tone correction, brightness and contrast enhancement, picture cropping and enlargement. Background change is a very effective tool for emphasizing people’s features and moods in the pictures and we are very good at that. We can tone down destructing lights, remove people and objects, change background to plain color or complex artistic indoors or outdoors environment.

No. Your album will be just fine.
● When is the soonest we can see the layouts of our album?
Layouting will take 7 – 8 weeks.
● Why does it take this long?
We conceptualize and create your album skillfully and passionately. We want you to take pride, just as we do, in your albums. We make it a point that our product is for display. It would be a shame to just keep them in the closet. We, Jeff and Christine, do the albums personally. We do not entrust them to anybody.
● Should we personally choose the pictures?
We require our clients to make the choice. This way, they can personally choose the pictures dear to them.
● We have already made the choices, can we can we possibly make changes of pictures when we see the layout?
Yes, if it will make the work aesthetically better, then, we can allow you to change.
● What if we find some graphics not to our liking, can these be removed?
Yes, you can. It’s your album, after all.
● How many times can we asked for revisions?
You are allowed to make only 2 revisions. We are advising you to carefully make the choice before deciding which one you really want. More revisions will cause delay and additional production expense.
● Do you have any special chemical used for your album?
Yes, our lamination is waterproof and scratch proof.

● When can we see the layouts of our Photo Mosaic or Photo Collage?
- 8 “ x 10” (8”x 10” is for collage only) or 11” x 14” . . . 7 days
- 16” x 20”, 20” x 24”, 20” x 30” . . . 14 days
- 30” x 40” . . . 20 days
Bigger Photo Mosaic or Collage . . . for negotiation as we don’t rush our work and make the quality suffer.
We always guarantee our customers’ satisfaction.
● Why does it take much time for the Photo Mosaic or Photo Collage?
We signature our products with creativity, artistry and excellence. There are chances that your pictures are not always or 100 % quality pictures. More often than not, there is a need for us to crop and enhance your available pictures. This is time consuming for us; but we do this painstakingly with patience and skill. Thus, presenting you with a finish product you will love and be proud of.
We can proudly say that you will get more that your money’s worth.
● How long do we have to wait after the approval of the lay-outs?
Upon approval of the lay-outs, you can have your order in 7 - 10 days.
● How many source images should we prepare for our Photo Mosaic?
One source image will do, but we suggests 3 different source images. For 3 different lay-outs is the least we prepare for you to choose from. There are instances when we have to do about 5 different lay-outs. Sometimes you find difficulty in making the choice because you will surely love every one of them. In this case, if your resources would allow, we encourage you get more. And you will discover as the days pass that you have made a good decision.
● For Photo Collage, how many layouts can we choose from?
- 8” X 10 “ à 2 lay-outs
- 11” X 14” and other bigger sizes à 3 lay-outs
● How many would be the maximum number of photos that we can submit for Photo Mosaic and Photo Collage?
Photo Mosaic:
- 11” x 14” >> 100 to 200 photos
- 16” x 20” >> 200 to 400 photos
- 20” x 24” >> 200 to 400 photos
- 20” x 30” >> 200 to 500 photos
- 30” x 40” >> 300 to 700 photos
Photo Collage:
- 8” x 10” >> 5 to 7 photos
- 11” x 14” >> 7 to 10 photos
- 16” x 20” >> 10 to 12 photos
- 20” x 24” >> 10 to 15 photos
- 20” x 30” >> 12 to 15 photos
- 30” x 40” >> 15 to 25 photos
● How do we submit our photos?
You can send your photos by courier or upload then through our website.
● Would you consider using photos from mobile phones?
If the pixels are good enough, then, we could consider them. However, if the pixels of the photos you have chosen are dark; then, we suggest that you give us better ones. However, if you say those photos must really be part of the mosaic, then we can use them for smaller cells. This is important for the quality we wish to maintain. For Photo Collage, we go by the same procedure.
● Are hard copies acceptable for you?
We also consider the hard copies and do the scanning for free but we require that these be submitted much earlier because the procedure is time consuming and may cause delay in the event that the copies are submitted later.
● Can we have our hard copies back?
Definitely. We return all materials submitted for processing.
● Can we do the scanning?
By all means. Just make it sure to set your scanner to 300 DPI.
● Does your work come with free frame?
At the rate prices of all commodities are raising, we can no longer give the frames for free. We charge a very reasonable amount for the frame.
● Do you accept framing job?
Definitely Yes! Photo papers are very sensitive especially the bigger ones, most of our clients prefer that we do the framing instead of the suppliers who are not experts along this line of work.
● What kind of Photo Paper do you use?
We used the best quality. We uses matte linen paper which is much better than the glossy one.
● What freebies do you offer your clients?
“The best things in life are free”. As a sign of appreciation for patronizing our company, we give some prints at discounted prices, depending on the job. This will enable the clients to share copies of their photo without necessarily parting with their copies which are dear to them.
● When do get freebies?
You get freebies for volume orders.
● Can we ask for a soft copy of our order?
We can give you a softcopy but its for web viewing only, meaning its a low resolution images. All works by Espesyal na Ngiti are copyrighted.
● Our place is too far from your shop, how can we have our finished product?
We can arrange to meet at Shangri-La Mall or Robinson's Place, Ermita,Manila so that we can turn over to you your mosaic, free of charge. Or we can send it to you through courier. If you choose to have it this way, we will charge you the actual fee of the courier.
If you come outside Metro Manila and you could not pick it up at our shop nor can you meet us at Shangri-La or Robinson's Place, we suggest that you order the Portrait without frame. This is because we cannot guarantee that the glass will not be broken in transit.

PHOTO COVERAGE
● Do you accept pencil booking?
No, we don’t. For so many reasons, we now require down payments for reservations.
● How many events do you accept in a day?
Since we do the job hands on, we do only one event per day. We give every client his/ her day.
● Who take the pictures?
Definitely we, Jeff and Christine, to take your pictures.
● Do you direct in posing during the event?
During preparations, we know that the stars of the show, bride, grooms or debutant, usually get cold feet so if needed, we direct them how to pose. But, during the ceremony and program, we don’t. Better, we go with the flow of the program. We capture the most endearing part of your lives for you to see for yourselves how the moments unfolded as they really did during the occasion.
● How do you conceptualize you’re posing technique?
We try to make photos show your true emotions. Of course, with a touch of romance and style.
● Do you take the shots of stolen moments?
By all means. These are the most touching parts, especially if viewed later. It is for this reason that we observe very closely and move very fast to capture every fleeting moment. Viewing them later, you will be amazed and even wonder how we were able to do them.
● Do you take other crew with you?
Yes, we will bring 1 or 2, depending on the event. We bring our own lights, so we need our light man to set up our lights properly and look over our equipment.
(For Back-up Photography, only the photographers will be in the event, maximum of 2 persons)
● Can we trust your whole team?
Definitely, no doubt about it. Our team is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy.
● Do we need to feed you for our event / occasion?
The team comes very early for us to capture every detail of the event. We go all over the place just to capture every significant moment; you may not even be able to conceive at the moment. We do the most we can to record your once in a lifetime event. During the entire preparations, we don’t expect you to feed us; but, we will do appreciate if you do. During the reception, we all know that this fast pace event will drain a lot of energy. However, since we can’t eat well because we have to do our duties, it would be very kind of you if you can feed us just enough to fill our empty stomach for us to have renewed energy for the next job ahead.

HOW TO PAY:
- 50% down payment (except for photo coverage package since we have more flexible payment scheme for that) on all of our packages that you want to avail. 25% will be deposited / given upon seeing the layouts and the remaining 25% balance will be given upon pickup of the final proof.
- Espesyal na Ngiti accepts payment thru bank deposits. Please submit your payment to our BPI account: 0389-0092-45
